Mission Statement
The Mission of Coastal is to lead people to Jesus and membership in His family, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for ministry in the church and life mission in the world, all in order to magnify God.Our Strategy to Accomplish our Mission:
- Love God through Worship. We live that out daily in our full devotion to Christ as well as when we gather weekly for corporate worship (John 4:24; Romans 12:1; Hebrews 10:24-25).
- Grow in God through Groups. We believe that life-change happens most effectively within small groups of Christian community (Luke 6:12-13; Acts 2:42-47; Philippians 1:6).
- Serve God through Teams. We encourage people to serve others based on their gifts and passions (Romans 12; 1 Corinthians 12 and 14; Ephesians 4:12-13).
- Share God through Outreach. We desire to reach people for Jesus Christ by impacting local communities and those around the world (Matthew 20:26-28; Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8).
